Clips for Momentum 3-season glass

Hi,

I am a new owner of a 2020 Grand Design Momentum 395M. Hoping to use this forum to find some help with the 3-season patio doors in the toy hauler. Appears that the previous owner probably forgot to put down the top glass panels prior to traveling, and subsequently broke several of the plastic sliding clips that hold them in place. I’ve been searching the Lippert site, but haven’t been able to find replacement clips at this point.

Looking for potential workarounds/ideas!

Welcome to the forum. Have you tried calling Lippert? I've had pretty good luck calling them in the past for parts.

I would second what @FT4NOW recommended. Lippert's Customer Service phone number is 432-547-7378. I have found them to be very responsive and helpful.

Where in Maryland are you? We're long-terming it on Aberdeen Proving Ground.

I haven’t yet…but plan on it. I was able to take the glass panel apart and pull out one of the broken clips, but the number on the back doesn’t match with anything online. I’ll try to call them tomorrow…appreciate the reply.
