    Water damage concern

So I did a stupid thing. I was bleaching my water lines and left the faucets running and walked away, not realizing that the grey tanks were not empty and could not hold all the flow. The bathroom sink overflowed. Fortunately (I guess), the rig wasn't completely level and all the water flowed out of the bathroom, into the bedroom (it's a rear bedroom), and drained through the side wall and ultimately out the rear corner of the rig. I towel-dried the linoleum flooring immediately. My question is do I need to worry about damage inside the walls and if so what should I do to mitigate it? Thanks.

Ouch...we had water run out of the sink in the bathroom , water went down the cold air return behind th toilet, down the steps landing at the doorway...someone did not turn the wtaer off completely at the bathroom sink. The good news is this is something we only do once!
If you have a shop vac get up as much water as possible. The walls are aluminum studs with 2x4 inside so the wood is likely not very wet if at all. The underbelly should be opened and allowed to dry as well as be sure the insulation dries completely. Run a fan in there if possible an maybe a small dehumidifier. Also a dehumidifier inside wouldn't hurt either. The fake wood trim might swell and need to be replaced if it sat in water long enough, doesn't take much for that to happen but trim is easily replaced.

I agree with @WhittleBurner a one time occurrence will not cause rot provided you get it fully dried out. You may get swelling of some particle board in the cabinetry or trim depending on how much time it had to absorb moisture. The best thing you can do now is turn on some heat and put fans everywhere you can get it blowing on the wet areas to dry it out well. And then avoid the same mistake in the future.
