We experienced the loss of all DC operations. Checked all breakers and fuses; all good. Pulled off the large panel in the front storage area under the bedroom and found that one of the transponders would not reset (it's the one that sends power to the converter). We were told by the dealer to tap on it and it might reset. They said they had a similar problem with a new unit they just sold and it kicked back on. We did that and nothing happened. Obviously, tapping on it to reset is not a practical long term solution anyway.

I'd be talking directly to WFCO, here's the link to their contact info... http://www.wfcoelectronics.com/UI/ContactUs.aspx

It seems very strange...didn't the battery supply some 12V or was it dead because the convertor wasn't outputting?

We are taking it back to the dealer since it's less than a week since we purchased it. Let them figure it out!

Had ours for a week. After spending a couple of days loading and admiring it, I went out to do some work inside and found that the slides were very slow to move. Pushed the batter level button and it was down to one light. Called the dealer and he helped me trouble shoot it. They determined that we have a bad converter. All 12v worked, but it's not charging the battery at all. 323 BHS. Hope that is all that is wrong with it.

We took ours back to the dealer. The converter was totally fried. They replaced it, under warranty, and all is good so far.

We have taken out 25g model toy hauler out twice now, where we hooked up to electricity, so we could see how everything works before trying to dry camp. The converter is located in the bedroom and it hummed all night - making it hard to sleep. finally I got up and turned the fuse off for it -- I left the other fuses alone. In the morning I flipped the fuse back on. I am trying to figure out how to fix this so I don't have to keep playing with fuses.

I can see you're relatively new here--did you realize this thread is from 2014? Sometimes old threads are resurrected but I think this is a record of some sort. (No biggie--you're not the first to do this and won't be the last.)
