Wife does the inside and i do the outside. Below is the checklist i go through. Once i disconnect from the truck and level front to back she can go in and do her thing. Before just hangs out with the kids. Pretty basic list but gets the job done. I keep it in the notes app on the phone.

    Level side to side
Chok the wheels x-chock and black choks
Plug Trailer in to Electric service
    Disconnect Trailer from Ford F350
    Level front to back
    Slide out
    Awning out if not windy
    Stabilizer jacks down
    Stedy fast system engage
Water connect with pressure regulator and filter
    Sewer connect
    Unload truck
    Table setup.

I installed it myself, its pretty straight forward. I do feel that it adds to the stability of the trailer, especially walking around.

We started from "trip one" with a pair of check lists that I created. One is labeled "arrival checklist", the other "departure checklist". I took them to an office supply/copy store and had them reproduced as double-sided and laminated in plastic. This way each one is a single semi-rigid "plastic" sheet printed on both sides. They are stored in the basement under the Lippert Ground Control.

Initially, once the inside was stowed and ready, I was doing most of the tasks and Beth would manage the list, making sure I was not skipping steps. Now we both perform various tasks and cross check the list. Beth has become the Lippert Ground Control specialist and will be starting with that while I prep the hitch and pull the truck around.

The laminated list in the basement makes it easy to use. A Sharpie marker can add comments and edits (erase with isopropyl alcohol). Our steps have evolved a bit. Pretty soon I'll update the lists and make new sheets.

I made up unique checklists for our rig after scalping a pptx version in a link found on this forum. 3 ring binder with an arrival and departure checklist for each stop. DW and I do them together to crosscheck and avoid missing anything but also to insure that everything is clear while hydraulics are in play and hitching/unhitching is in the works. We caught each other a couple of times (more like she caught my mistakes) and the more tired we were on arrival, the more important working together became.

So on this 4700 mile 27 day trip with 16 sites, I found that the checklists varied with nearly every stop. Some nights we would not disconnect (for example Harvest Hosts). Many nights we would not connect the slinky. Depending upon how out-of-level the site was, may not use any leveling blocks. Fresh water tank fill at some locations. The checklists were different if we dry camped, partially dry camped (i.e. electric only), or fully hooked-up.

I started out torquing the lugs each morning, but as I gained miles and confidence that nothing was loose, went to every other night unless road conditions were terrible (and that did happen).

I also found some items not needed, and some missed so Rev 2 is coming.

Since upgrading my trailer my husband is now joining me on almost all my outings and really wants to help and be part of it. I don't know how to do this with help!!

Last time we went out he started setting up the step stabilizer before we leveled ... or even unhooked from the tow vehicle! (I love that he wants to help, I love that he wants to help, ...) I hate saying "No, no, no ... not yet!!" so often, especially when he's attempting to be helpful.

I now really need to create a checklist for each process. He'll ask me what needs done next and I stop what I'm doing and blank. I'm not done doing what I'm doing, so I don't know what's next!

I'm sure I can create the checklist if I think long enough about it ... but do you have it on a dry erase board/film? Mounted where? On the door of a storage compartment? Maybe a phone app?

    What's your process for a two-person team?

(for those wondering ... step stabilizer ... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08TJ36TBL...M0C8B5NKV0RE01 ... previous owners had it installed, works great!)

We split the duties; my wife focuses on the inside stuff and I center on the outside. We found a nifty app on the Play Store called "Tasks: To Do & Lists" by Pocket Brilliance Ltd which allows us to customize our to-do lists. We have to-do lists for travels days, departure days, camp-site set-up, winterize/de-winterize/sanitize procedures, etc. "Tasks" allows us to check-off our items as we go. We can easily update and re-organize our lists as needed. Important not to miss anything, especially on travel days!

We don't have a "set up" checklist. As someone said above, each campsite is different. But from experience of several near screwups, we've generated a de-camp list that goes on a clipboard in the truck. We don't work through it as we go, but rather, when we think everything has been done, then we go through it ... line by line ... check box by checkbox. Even that can become almost automatic, so the rule is, the person reading the list ... usually my wife or a guest grandchild waits until the person who has completed that step clearly says "Got it." I'll touch the items to verify that I'm right, as Pat reads each item. The only thing that doesn't get checked off before moving the trailer is: "Check Brakes on Rollout."

We downloaded several lists from Changing Lanes' website, put it on Notes for iPhone, and added/customized to our rig. The Notes app allows you to put in check marks as the task is completed and you can share across other iPhones and iPads. If you check off a task on one phone, it automatically updates the list on all other devices on which the list is shared.

We have T -24H, T -12H, T -1H/Hitching, and Unhitching/Set Up checklists that are in the correct order of tasks. That way, the kids can even get involved. These are very detailed step-by-step lists just in case one of us is not available, or for whatever reason, are unable to complete the tasks. If its just me taking the rig for service or a wash, I don't always use the lists, unless first time out for the season or its been awhile. Remember fast is slow (and expensive) and slow is fast.
