Finally, what roof maintenance product and procedure would you all recommend. All assistance is appreciated

I've had success buffing away oxidation with

and I treat my roof with

Both will need repeat applications annually.

Thankfully, I've never had to deal with peeling stickers.

I used this product on my last trailer. I bought an electric polisher from Harbor Freight to apply it.
    It worked pretty well.

I really need a product that will remove and hopefully keep mold off my roof. My concern is that Alpha systems says not to apply anything but mild soap to their TPO roofing membrane. Are they just being conservative in their recommendation?

Whether they are conservative or not, I would stick with the manufacturers recommendation.

To keep the mold off I think it might be better to just clean it more often. yeah - what a hassle, but maybe better than ruining the roofing material.

I thought that product mentioned earlier for mold removal and prevention might be a bit harsh for that roof membrane.

I used to clean my roof several times a year but unfortunately I'm getting to the age where I'm not too crazy about getting up there anymore than absolutely necessary. I still clean it a couple of times a year, and while it's nice to see a clean white roof, I'm getting a little less interested.

My previous 5th wheel had a EDPM membrane and I frequently used a mild bleach solution. When I sold it at 10 years old the membrane still looked good.
