It's been about six years, now, and my photographic memory has faded. I believe it was somewhere in the base. If it were a single flow restrictor, it would have to be after the mix stage rather than on the supply line side. Again, I wish I had a clearer memory (other than of the plastic shavings... I remember them very well!).

UPDATE: I finally found that my kitchen faucet is a Structured Flow, not a Dura faucet. The spray assembly is supposed to be able to be removed but neither the Installation Instructions nor the Exploded View I found online show how that is done. I have reached out to the company for assistance and will update this if they tell me anything useful. If anyone has a Structured Flow kitchen faucet and has been able to remove the spray assembly, please let me know how you did it. I want to clean the spray assembly before tackling the flow restrictor.
