The fresh water tank on my '22 2670 MK shows empty on the monitor panel despite the tank being nearly full. Any suggestions as whats wrong?

Tank sensors are notorious for being inaccurate/wrong. Eventually, with use, you'll learn how full you are, and when you need to fill up again. Generally it's the other way around - showing full when empty.

Usually the fresh water is the most accurate of the sensors. If it's reading empty when verified full, then I would think you have a broken wire somewhere or something is unplugged.

No, it was reading 1/3, added more water before the last camping trip earlier this month and now reads empty, I didn't use any water from the tank only city water.

This may sound dumb but, try to drain the water out of the tank. Catch it in a 5 gallon bucket, close the drain when the bucket is full, empty it and repeat the process. I want to know about how much water is in the tank.

Look at the connections behind your panel. Mine was doing this and it was a loose ground cable. The RV techs swore it was the sensor cable in the tank....hopefully they learned something new that day.

Then it could possibly be the tank sensor itself. I wish RV manufacturers gave schematics like you can get for automobiles.

How do you know it is nearly full?
It would not be the first time someone thought they were using city water, but were really drawing from the tank. New trailer, new owner, unfamailier with how everything works... It happens. This is why I asked about measureing what is actually in the tank.... The first step in a proper diagnosis starts by verifying that there really is a problem.
