I'm seeing a 1.5" rail height difference, not sure if you measured at the axle though.
Also see a 1.5" difference at the back of the bed floor, so maybe that is close to where you measured the top of the rail also?
Anyway, my truck seems to be 1.5" taller than yours for some reason. Supercab vs. crewcab?
Thanks for the measurements, but it looks like I really do have an issue with the height.

All measurements were taken at the axle, with the exception of bed height. That was taken at the tailgate.

Also have the same blocks under the springs. No idea why your truck sits higher than mine.

Thanks again. It is a mystery as it has the same 2" blocks under the spring pack...
Anybody know the spring rate of the F350 spring pack?

Had some of the same issues, traded in a RAM 3500 and purchased a 2022 F 350 Super Duty DRW, had approximately 3" of clearance between bed rail and nose of Solitude 2019 372WBR, after much research came up with the same response you found, bed was taller than previous models, solution for me was to change Pin Box 5th Wheel Hitch. Gen Y Torsion
    hitch.

With my old truck, the 5th wheel already tows a bit nose high, so it looks like mods will have to be done before towing with the new truck.

The new truck has 2" blocks under the leaf springs so what are my options to lower the suspension a bit?

Also, I may need to raise the 5th wheel a bit since the hitch itself is already in the lowest position. I was thinking taller tires before raising the suspension on the trailer.

    Thoughts?

Has anybody here raised their 150 Series 5th wheel a good 3"?
We are considering getting a 5th wheel and I am afraid I could be in the same situation with my 2017 Ram 4x4. How high are you from ground to rail at tailgate? I am at 59"

Ha, got you beat! I'm at 60", but the tailgate top curves up at the back to add a bit. I noticed my 5th wheel tailgate on my old truck sits lower than the side rails at the back end, about an inch. Maybe another reason for a new tailgate on the new truck...

We have an F350 SRW 4x4 crew cab long bed and use it to tow our Solitude 344GK. We use an Andersen hitch and have towed from California up through Maine to the Canadian Maritime provinces and back with no issues or ‘nose high’. The height with the AC on top is around 13’6” so we definitely consulted RV trip wizard for low bridges and had no problems.

Not as much as many seem to think.
    Check your math. 34.1-31.5=2.6
    =1.3 height difference.

My 250 with 20" tires would not fit in my garage. 350 DRW fits fine.
