I thought about it for like a second, then said nope. Too expensive, too much work, and a fair amount of lost storage if you go hydraulic. I will trade up to a 337 if I want that.

    On edit:
I wanted to come back and explain my rational a bit more. I really did think about this as I really hate the manual leveling. Coming from a 35 ft motor home with auto leveling, this is a pain in the you know what. After really looking at it and really wanting it, it is just too much money and there is no place really to put the hydraulics. Have not thought about electric, but maybe? I think not, I would go for the 337.

In addition to what @Redapple63 said:

Look into the LevelMate Pro2 leveling sensor. It connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth. It allows you to find the most level spot on the site as you back in or pull through, back the wheels up on the levelers just the right amount without getting out of the truck, and then, after you unhitch, you just watch the phone app while your raise or lower the tongue to get the trailer perfectly level front-to-back.

The Beech Lane levelers are stronger and less prone to breaking than their red competitors:

I go along with Rob on this. While I have and enjoy the Ground Control system, it's just another thing to break. Using the LevelMate Pro2 and your choice of leveling blocks will never let you down.

You can look into the JT Strong Arm or the Steady Fast system. I believe E-Trailer sells an adapter that fits on the bottom of the electric jacks for JT( I think. It is definitely either off these systems, they are about 50 bucks per pair).

You could also look into the Valtera. You can get them on Amazon pretty cheap and they do make a difference for pretty cheap.

The Valtera is the biggest bang here, but does come with a convenience hit meaning they need to be deployed and removed every time.

JT is your next bet, more expensive, but install once and done.

Steady fast doesn’t have an adapter for the Lippert jacks installed on the 315.

Yes, I traveled to Elkhart in 2022 to have them install their leveling system on my 2021 315 rlts. I am so happy with it. Super easy/quick leveling.

Does it make the camper more stable? Yes, but there’s still a lot of bounce. I’d bet if you put the travel trailer up on blocks and completely off the tires, there would still be a lot of bounce when someone is walking around.
