    Digital manual

    Is the digital manual more specific than paper manual? If so, how do I request one?

    It is the same manual, just in PDF. Our records show we mailed one to you at the address listed on your warranty registration on 12/01/14.

    I never received one. The Post Office may not have forwarded. We are in Tucson, AZ for the winter. If it's the same as the book that came with my unit, I don't guess I need it
