LED light & motion detector in Bathroom

    Hello,

The fixture in the BR ceiling began strobing/flickering yesterday. I was told by la Mesa RV in Tucson the solution is to put in a replacement fixture, although they don't have any in stock. My temporary solution is to swap a little-used one by the entry with the critical bathroom one for the DW!
Is it safe to just turn the fixture off on the unit to de-energize, or do I have to pull a fuse in order to safely swap them?

    Thanks!

The safe answer is to either a pull a fuse or use the battery disconnect. Make sure the converter is also off if plugged in to shore power.

So first I can use the battery disconnect switch, then either unplug the converter from the outlet in the basement, or-turn off the shore power at the pedestal-that will do the trick?

    Thanks,

Yes, basically you are turning off all your 12v power. Unfortunately, not everything turns off with the battery disconnect, so best bet is to verify all 12v is removed with a meter (check it dead).
