Replaced the Renator water pressure regulator for the third time - looks like this one works and doesn't leak. Replaced the broken hand-held shower hose. Installed longer StarLink cord and placed the router in different location. Found the Schwintek Date of Manufacture sticker at the expense of pulling the top trim over the bed off - really surprised that didn't fall off last year.

My now daily entry. Replaced my leaking Nautilus manifold. Glad that went now and not on the road. Just installed a water leak detector a couple of days ago and sure enough this AM it was chirping. Luckily a slow leak into the drip pan I placed under the manifolds. Interesting because it's been under pressure for over a week constantly but it did drop down to freezing last night. I don't think it was below freezing in the coach, just cold enough to let the fitting pop I guess.

Going through my first purge. The are a few things I haven't used in this first year, so they are gone. Plus, I have sealant I haven't used and it's a year old now. That's gone.

Also, getting ready to replace the wet bolts with the Never Fail Bushings. I'll be doing that tomorrow morning. Click image for larger version.

This was Saturday. I performed suspension maintenance and found the bushings in the CRE3000 were just fine however, the bushings in the leaf springs were worn or gone. I replaced the brass bushings in the leaf springs with the Never Fail bushings. I also reused the wet bolts but removed the zerk fitting. Why bother to remove the zerks? Seems like you could still lube the Never Fails but even if they don't require it the zeros will keep out moisture/water and dirt.

Were the old bushings hard to remove?

I would also have kept the zerks for the same reason, but they do say that grease will/may cause the NeverFail bushings to degrade. Don't know that for a fact, just what I've read.

The Never Fail bushings do say not to use any kind of grease with them. I'm going to see if I can find a hex screw to fit the hole.

For the most part, no. I used my short 1/2" impact extension rod, then a 3/32" punch, and a 3 pound drilling hammer to hammer them out. On the fore and aft, drivers side spring eyelets, they were just plain gone. The inner driver side eyelets I was able to push out the remnants with my finger. The aft passenger side eyelet was gone. The middle aft, middle fore and the fore, eyelets I needed my punch on, but again they were worn.

The fan on the front AC is the only thing that would work on the front AC unit.

There was a thermostat wire up above the ac filter that came loose. The little orange wire going into the little connector with the white wire came out of the connector.
