We went with AIMS LITHIUM BATTERY 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 with Bluetooth Monitoring. $749.00 EA.
You will need a different converter too. The lithium batteries will charge up way faster then the AGM's. KENBackpacker and tent camper all my life, including BSA as a kid and adult.

We went with 4 Lion LifePo4 105ah batteries. The last two cost us only $700/ea from Costco. Hard to beat that deal...

We also went with Lion Energy.
For me the advantage of fast charging means less generator noise. The fact that I have a horrible track record with lead acid batteries is frosting on top.Rick

You have a third choice
Oasis Firefly AGM.
Half the price of Li
Not dependent on temperature for profile
Reliable company
$550
Can discharge down to 10% like Li
I went from 6 -6 volt Lifeline AGM at 720 ( 360 usable ah) on my sailboat to 4 of them 400 ah ( 360 usable) cost is $2000
For $2000 you only get 2 Li at 180 usable ah.

Many Li made in China. Good luck if you have an issue or need to use the warranty. Also many Li are not quality like Battle born. You can buy COSTCO AGM or Lifelines. I’d never buy Lithium from them. There is a difference. You get what you pay for. COSTCO lithium’s made in China. I like installing once and low maintainence.

Oasis Firefly AGM
I'm wondering if anyone else has invested into the Carbon AGM technology. The numbers on the Oasis Firefly AGM are really very impressive. Leoch batteries seems to have similar spec's but didn't find a price. I would thing current AGM manufactures would be investing into the research and prices might drop.

Age should not be an issue IF you are adding a totally separate battery. For example, I am building a 4s1p LIFEPO4. The next three will be the same configuration and then I will parallel them so I will have 4s4p config. But each 4s 1p will have its own BMS, charge circuit etc. As far as I have researched the age of the individual batteries should not drag down the others. It is only when the cells within a battery are not the same age that the problems occur. Please correct me if you know differently.

I really hate to add to this discussion, but, after putting a pencil to the cost of LI vs. sealed AGM, I went with 4 AGM's. This was good for my particular situation. For me, the initial battery cost, the added cost of tow vehicle upgrade, (current limiter/converter, or second alternator), and the possible problems with cold weather LI issues, I chose the an AGM battery that I've used for years in various SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) which in short is remote monitoring of pipelines, gas/oil wells, and backup power for control systems, fire and security purposes. All of which either use solar chargers or a charge monitor to keep the batteries up to charge. I just couldn't justify the the cost of 2 LI ($1900) when I could get my hands on 4 sealed AGM's ($700). Yes, the sealed AGM's have a 50% usable capacity, LI's state 100% or 80% useable capacity. But $700 for half of 440 AmpHr (220 AmpHr) instead of $1900 for 200 AmpHr or 160 AmpHr(80% capacity), is still a better option for me. As for the weight, I have a 397TH, my only concern was to beef up the front compartment floor and shoe horn the batteries in there. Kinda like "shoehorning" a 454 into a Volkswagen,,if you have the patients it can be done.
