Storage compartment lock

I store my Honda generators in front compartment of fifth wheel. Have read that most anybody’s key will work on this. What would the best lock be to replace this with?

I bought two locks and put them on the ends and the thumb lock in the middle, just a little more secure. While you're at it, replace all your locks so that you only have one key. I changed over to the keyless lock on the main door and it is very handy to not have to cary keys around for the trailer.

Any hardware store will carry cabinet locks. Go to someplace better than a big box and you can buy as many as you want with the same key.

I agree this is a great place to order replacement locks for your RV. You can get keyed alike, spare keys, color coded keys, etc. Also great instructions on how to measure for any cam style locks as shaft length and shape of the latch can vary.
