    Front Cap Lights?

Where do I turn on the lights that are in the front cap?

There should be a switch on the Nautilus panel in the pass-through.

I will check the Nautilus panel this morning. I had my tablet with me with Compass Connect. It had awning lights, ceiling lights and porch light. The ceiling and awning lights worked. The porch light did nothing.

Is there a way to get the front cap lights connected to Compass Connect.

The "porch" light may be the small blue LED under your steps.

You would have to do some rewiring to include the front cap lights in the Compass Connect.

I found the porch light which is useless. I had to crawl under the trailer to see it. It shines directly into the trailer frame.

I also found the switch for the front cap lights.

And to add to the confusion, there is a blank for the switch labeled step light. The step light is labeled porch light, only there isn't a porch light. Any English teachers up there around the factory?

If you get back to your campsite, in the middle of nowhere northwestern Ontario, it's completely dark, no moon, and that light is on. You will be able to see where your steps are.

My Momentum can light up the entire underside. We store a lot of stuff under there to keep it out of the weather. Ground blinds, chairs etc. That light is real handy when accessing stuff at night.

The "step light" is the interior light at the step up in a fifth wheel.. Since you don't have a 5th wheel, you don't have a step light.

Seems pretty clear to me....clear as mud.

I leave the step light on all the time. It doesn't draw much, so it is on at night. It provides enough light to get out the door in an emergency, but that's about it. The only time I ever got a complaint about it was from a tent camper across the street from us. He claimed it kept him awake all night.
