No drips, no leaks we covered the entire plumbing system.
Every 3 minutes the pump rumbles on for a half second.

Maybe air is getting in. Be sure to cap the "water in" connection.

Could also be one of the valves on the nautilus panel is leaking by, most likely the blue one.

Nahh didn’t effect it at all.
Their is a check valve on the inlet and on the pump itself.

There is also another common place for air leaks. There is a strainer on the suction side of the pump with a clear plastic housing. Sometimes the housing comes loose or develops a crack. The strainer is attached directly to the pump, so you will need access to the pump to check it.

Thanks. We’ll check it out or leave it for the dealer.

You dont want the answer to this question if it is the culprit. The company that makes Nautilius wont deal with consumers, it seems you need to replace the entire panel ordering through a dealer. If you've ever looked at the back panel you will see it's not an easy fix even if you could order a new valve. This is usually what leads people to ripping out the whole panel and making a new solution. My blue valve is completely broken, it still allows me to use city water or the pump at a reduced pressure/flow and actually fills my FW tank while on city water(unintentionally). I haven't had time or a good place to rip everything out yet and replace everything. My problem started like yours, water pump running every so often without any water leaks. It eventually got worse and then one day the blue valve just free spins without any resistance. I hope yours is just the water pump strainer.

It could be that the pump needs adjustment. There may be an adjustment on the pressure switch on the pump. I had a Surflow pump in my old trailer that would cycle as you describe. After making adjustments it worked fine. First you need to figure out what pump you have then look on youtube for videos showing how to adjust it. It takes a very small allen wrench.
