RE: Build Out Sheet my RV

    Hi all,

I own a 2021 Reflection 315RLTS. I am trying to get a copy of my specific RV build out specs.
I have contacted the dealer who in turn said call Grand Design. I provided both with my VIN.
Grand Design told me to contact the dealer. I feel like a yo-yo.
Any help would be appreciated. (see attached pdf file and what was sent to me)

RE: Build Out Sheet my RV

I agree with you, someone lost your build sheet with serial numbers for each item. Any type of warranty work you will be asked for that information and if it is something on the roof or otherwise buried, I don’t think you want to crawl around to find it.

I would try GD customer support again and explain it is lost. GD definitely has that info, the dealer will not.

    Good Luck

Thank-you for your response and information.
That is what I thought. Back to the drawing board.
Last RV I had, I did go to manufacturer, not dealer. Received without an issue.

Not in all the paperwork that came with the trailer? I got a pouch full of docs from the dealer that was probably 3 inches thick filled with everything from manuals for the trailer itself to the manuals for individual appliances. Buried within that stack was the sheet with all the serial numbers on it.

Assuming you went through all the paperwork in your black Grand Design bag?

The serial number sheet is always in the black bag from factory.

What you have is a feature MSRP sheet, or "window sticker". Looks like you have a standard build 315 with optional freestanding table/chairs.

Yes, I agree on factory sheet. This information was not in the black bag I received.
I contacted the dealer and received a general pricing sheet as per original attachment.
Next I contacted numerous people by phone and email at Grand Design with no results.
It appears something landed in the correct persons lap. I just received the sheet with product name, brand/manufacturer, along with model & serial number for my VIN.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions, support, and help.

    Ken

Mine too. I think most are as they are built and materials consumed.

OK! Guess that is because of my persistence and not happy with a handwritten piece of paper.
Yes, I did receive a handwritten paper with model numbers written in and along side some, what looks like, the serial number decal stuck on the page.

I called Grand Design Sales, wrote them on line where it states order brochure, then finally emailed customer service. Somebody obviously got tired of hearing from me. LOL!!!
    Hey, whatever works.
