    Question About Sailun Tires

I am getting ready to replace my Westlakes. I have read a ton of threads on here about the S637's. My question is to the ones that have Sailun's. Did you buy S637 or S637T model tires. Looking at Sailun's site the S637 is a regional all position tire for low flat trailers. It says S637T HD ST is recommended for 5th wheels. I've looked at the threads til I am dang near cross-eyed. I talked with a local tire dealer that can get Sailun's and they told me there is only one S637. Makes me doubt buying them from those people.

Trailer, I don't believe the all position tire even comes in a 16" size

S637 5541960 ST235/80R16. I think they have just recently started adding the "T" to the description to differentiate them from the all-position tires for 18 wheelers. Same tire on two fivers, now - love 'em. As @JKellerJr said, the all-position tire only comes in 17.5", 19.5", and 22.5" sizes.

Since you all are talking about this, would you mind posting here what a reasonable cost is on these sailuns?

I paid $126ea at speedy tire last year but it looks like they don't have them anymore. I believe simple tire has them for around $150ish. You'll have to find someone local then to mount them if you go that route. Discount wouldn't do it because they were G tires and they claimed they needed a heavier machine which is baloney. The local Firestone place did it for $20 each. I gave them the balancing beads and they threw them in for me.

I bought 5 of the Sailun S637 Regional Trailer ST235/85R -16 from Simple Tire in June 2018. $787 delivered with tax or $157 each, prices no doubt have changed. The tires have performed very well for me. I run them at 80 psi on our 337 RLS.

    Hello and good day all,.
I replaced my Goodyear G614 with about 30000 miles on them with Sailun ST235/85R16 G rated on April of 2020. Tires were 169.00 each. PA tire tax 1.00 each. Mount and balance 19.95 each. Sales tax total was 56.69. My total cost was 1006.44 or about 201.29 each. Can’t say much about them yet ,only have about 250 miles on them. I suggest you recheck your tire pressure after they mount them, I think the shops are only allow to put 100 PSI into the tires even though the tires are rated for 110 PSI. Only noticed this after I put my pressure monitors on. By the way, the tires are on a Solitude. That's why 110 PSI
Good luck in your search for information.
As always, safe travels and good health.

I have the Sailun 235/85 R16's on my 28BH and love them. I run them at 100 psi. I have about 4,000 miles on them and they still look new.
