No gloves. Found they are just not that bad in the trucker lanes. When they are the wife has a wipee at the ready when I’m done.

I have a pair of gloves from Harbor Freight - nothing elaborate and not fuel proof. Mostly I use them for the fuel additive. I'll wash them if they start smelling. I do keep a disposable pack on back floor just in case. The truck stop fuel handles seem to be pretty clean and I usually pull forward after fueling to hit the restroom anyway.

If your using the truck lanes for the first time remember the diesel flows ALOT faster than conventional pumps and if your not careful you’ll have a mess.

I thought I might add that in addition to the gloves I used I also cut sheets of these in half to clean up whatever mess I make. I have an auxiliary tank in the bed of the truck and sometimes fuel splashes out or drips when filling.

I do the same as Rob. Harbor Freight has a heavy duty "exam" glove that seems more resistant to tearing than the standard ones.

I've used disposables a couple of times, but just hated the waste: use once and into the trash. So I found a pair that would last and save adding more trash to the heap. As long as it keeps the diesel stink off my hands, I'm good. Worse than gasoline I think.
