Yup - good looking interior with the new lighter look. And that Cab. FBP is just awesome ! Congratulations and enjoy your new 375 @ciara_belle.
Share with us how you all like that new shower head(s) I understand that it has a couple/few different settings. Curious how will it works. I do not recall anyone sharing feedback on this yet.

Hi, Ciara. Even though I own a 2018 375RES, I have found that many things have remained constant. Let me answer a few of your questions.
1. Yes, there are 3 waste tanks - one black water, one gray water for the bathroom, and one gray water for the kitchen. There is one communal waste exit for all three tanks. The individual tank pulls are all located in the water control console cabinet.
2. The toilet is close to the walls -- 10.5" to the hallway wall, 6.5" to the shower wall. It does not have a cramped feel to it however. For the toilet paper holder, I have chosen to use a free-standing toilet paper holder. That way, I can relocate the holder from alongside the toilet out into the open floorspace for use. There is plenty of room on the shower side for a toilet bowl brush.
3. Yes, there is a lip to the shower pan, although it is not a deep lip. I have found the 3-panel shower door to be great. I am 250# and I have no problem getting into and out of the shower.
4. Living room sofas. Yes, both sofas can be used as beds at the same time.
5. Living room black squares. I am not sure if there are speaker behind them. They are made of a speaker grill material, but I have not been able to remove the grills to see what is behind it. They may be removable, but I do not want to accidentally break anything by forcing anything.
Yes, I am generally pleased with my 375RES. I live in it full-time and have done so for 3 years now. True, there is always room for improvement. One thing I definitely would change is to alter both sets of the interior steps, so that they could be used for storage (for shoes and other things).
Also, I wish I would have purchased the dual glazed windows. During the winter months, with so many windows, the RV loses a lot of heat. If you are like me, you do not want to close off all the windows and live in a "cave" all winter.
One other thing I definitely would change in future designs would be to have light switches located in logically placed locations in each room. For example, why do we have to walk clear across the living room in order to turn on the living room lights? The switch should be over at the stairs leading into the living room. Speaking of light switches, there are EIGHT light switches for the kitchen. For six of them, you have to open a cabinet door to get to them. Most switches should be readily accessible in the area where the light is located. Example: The dining area light switch should be in the slide out (or next to it) where the dining light is located.
Something else I would change If I could -- I would make the "king-size" bed a standard size -- either a standard king or a California King. They could have pushed the length out by 6" (for the standard King) or they could have had the slideout extend 4" farther out (for a California King). Had I known prior to my purchase that the king bed was not a true king, I would have opted for the queen size bed, as it is a standard queen.
Lastly, and this applies to most ALL fifth-wheel and travel trailers, for the price we are paying for this RVs, it should not be too much to ask for a decent quality mattress to come standard with the purchase. Grand Design really dropped the ball on this one!!! Fred Flinstone's bed was not any harder than the one that came with my 375RES. Mind you, Fred slept on a rock slab!!! After having used a mattress topper for a couple of years, I finally replaced that worthless mattress with one from Lippert. Because of the installed height of the nightstand ledge, there was not room for a thicker mattress than what Lippert offered.
I hope this helps some.
