Blackstone griddle

Just finished a wonderful breakfast on the front porch, on the Blackstone. Had salt pork, fried green tomatoes, potatoes, and an omelet with green onions, green pepper, and cottage cheese. It is overcast and rainy here in middle, western Colorado. Perfect for a nap. I'm full, I'm warm, its cool and I'm sleepy -- nighty night.

We got a 22" Blackstone to use with our RV. I've used it 3 or 4 times so far and I really like the versatility. We bought a 12' hose that plugs right in to the quick connect on the RV. Works great for breakfast or dinner!

Strider, which hose did you purchase? I am trusting you bypassed the regulator on the 22” since that quick connect is regulated. Is that correct?

Would love to see a photo of the grill connection if you can.

Sounds tasty, I have never thought of putting cottage cheese in my omelets. I am gonna give that a try next time.
