[QUOTE=rockerga;419677 you will go straight to a dealer for a 3/4 ton DRW![/QUOTE]

Maybe a 1 ton DRW...3/4T DRW would be harder to find I would think.

Just pulled our 2021 Reflection 295RL across the CAT scales, fully loaded. Pulling with a Ram 2500 SRW; I am within towing specs on the truck, but just barely. If I put more stuff in either the truck or the trailer, I’m gonna need to go on a diet. I’d love to have a Solitude 310GK, but I’d have to upgrade my truck to pull it safely. The engine in my 2500 (Cummins) can handle the load, but the rest of the truck just isn’t designed for that kind of load. Just my .02 worth.

I also would recommend looking for a lightly used unit. The depreciation on a new 2022 would be a hard pill to swallow.

I have the 310 Solitude and when I took it through the scales at Flying J station, I was over the allowed GVWR as stated on the door panel, so I upgraded to an Aluminum F350 with a GVWR of 11500 so now I am within the allowed safety range. If I am in an accident with fatalities then I do not have to worry about law suits unless I was driving improperly.

Don't forget, depending on your state of course, that you may need an other-than-standard driver's license, because of your potential weights, to be strictly legal.

No offense but you can be sued regardless if you were doing anything wrong or not. Actual right and wrong is basically meaningless anymore when it come to civil suits

    This is insane:

Very true....we just returned from a 3500 mile trip to FL with our Solitude S Class 2930RL and 3500 RAM SRW. While it towed wonderful and I'm within specs (have 200 lbs to spare) I would not even consider pulling it with anything less. If everyday towing had a slight tailwind life would be nice, but that's not reality and wind from any other direction is where the suspension and abilities of a 3500 really shine. Anything more than an S class and I'd want a dually for stability.

Thanks for all the info to everyone. I have decided, if I can sell my 2019 Imagine 2800BH, to buy a friends 2021 337. It is lighter and much cheaper.
