You'll probably need to look directly at the motor in your coach, the motors used changed even on models in the same line.

Check page two of the manual below to see which model you have.

The last price I got form Lippert was $309.95 plus shipping.

Has anyone used one of theses yet and has it held up?
There's an OEM on eBay for $140 (https://www.ebay.com/itm/15393505881...epid=683863182)

I have bought off of ebay twice. I should have learned my lesson the first time. Maybe I am just unlucky there - never an issue with Amazon, but I make sure it is shipping from them and not 3rd party.

I love Ebay, but you do have to do your due diligence. That says it's OEM, but whether it is or not is anybody's guess.

In looking at the document posted by @Soundsailor, the one with the white or translucent cap is the 500:1.The 300 to one has the black cap.

    SGT ROC,
That is what I understood also. We have a 2019 380FL and our unit uses the 300:1 model. I bought one of the units off Amazon as a backup but I did at least plug it in first to ensure it worked.

Run your slide out, the motor is at the top of the slide. Cap would best be seen from the outside.
