Drilling into wall in bathroom

I was looking at a something like this using double sided tape or Velcro to avoid drilling holes.

I used the plastic wall anchors to mount a ring style towel rack, been on there over a year and no issues.

I use the same method. I use a small phillips screwdriver to slowly punch the hole just in case there is something in the wall.

If I had to do it again, I would look to see if Command Strips offered any solutions. We added their soap rack to our shower and it has been working well.
