pressure is good coming out of shower Don’t know about bypass valve. I have the nauticus system if that what you mean and all the valves are in the proper place Using both propane and electric.

We live full time and valves are in proper place.
I doubt if the water heater bypass valves are in the nautilus panel, hopefully someone with the same model will confirm

If it's the standard Nautilus system, the water heater bypass is part of the system.

The water heater bypass should be the red handle on the nautilus panel.

To me it sounds like a flow or water pressure problem especially if the water heater has been checked and is operating properly.. A large flow rate or high water pressure will most definitely drain the tank much faster.

I live in va beach va. It has its cold days but not too bad
I live in a full time park. If the ground water is a problem wouldn’t the other solitudes have the same problem

I’ll check that out. Thank you. I’m assuming it was all checked out when a repair guy came and check to see if he can find the problem.

With the lower temperature and high flow, you would run out of water pretty quickly. IMO anyway.

Did you buy the trailer new? Is there a chance that a different shower head has been installed, one with a higher flow rate?

Trailer is new Shower head hasn’t been replaced Had a pressure regulator on but 40 wasn’t enough I’d take a pic if someone can help me with how to do that. I don’t mean to be difficult but I’ve tried the obvious that other owners have told me and 2 repair people have look at it. The problem is something deeper

Is your pressure regulator adjustable? if not get an adjustable one and increase the pressure to 50 or so. We have our set at 60 and its fine, been runninng pressure at 60 for years with no issues. Grand Design tests at 100 lbs (we were told this by GD)
