What batteries did you choose? Group ???

I believe they are supposed too, but our 2018 374TH-R Solitude didn't either.

Like some other's have said, get a quality battery monitor system.

The little orange box is a custom mount for the Victron 712 w/bluetooth.

This is a display of the app via bluetooth to an old cell phone that stays on the counter in the Solitude. You could take it in the truck to see how the power is progressing.

I installed two group 27 Interstate deep cycle lead acid batteries. Still waiting on Victron 712 shunt. Two batteries seems to have solved charge issues.

I'm kind of surprised that the Solitude only came with one battery. Maybe that is an "S" model thing. I never had an issue with my batteries when towing, even for a long distance.

Nice to hear something as simple as another battery solved the issue.

fwiw... I've since moved on from the 2 flooded batteries, to 400 amp of AGM, and now have a single 200ah Lithium. The Lithium keeps up with all the loads when towing even on long days and I hardly bother to turn on a DC-DC changer I added thinking I needed it.

Yes, but googled it last night and apparently some dealers install one and others install two - up to the dealer apparently. Seems to vary by dealer and across brands.

The dealer I purchased my Reflection 311 from in Idaho has a policy of 1 axle, 1 battery, 2 or more axles, 2 batteries. No other reasoning behind it.
