Hey Folks!

New Imagine owner here. Disappointed with TV reception and looking for advice / suggestions. "Upgraded" camper from a Coachmen Apex which had different antenna (don't recall what). Parked in same location in driveway and reception with this antenna is much worse than in the Apex. And power supply to the antenna is on.

Did you push the booster button for the antenna? If the red light is not on the booster is not on. I don't know where this is at in the Imagine series, but in mine its next to the radio above the fireplace.

We've had two GD trailers with the King Jack batwing antenna, until we tried to trim a tree with the second one. Replaced it with the Winegard 360 and we're quite happy with it.

There's a good chance that your cable network has one or more bad connections... it's a common problem in these trailers. A good first troubleshooting step is to check every cable connection, ensuring that it's finger-tight plus 1/4 turn with a wrench. Also check at each connection that the cable is firmly attached to its connector - sometimes they're badly installed.

I don't know how Imagines are put together. Fifth wheels have a cable (might be beige) coming from the antenna to the booster switch and from the booster the signal gets distributed to the main TV, radio, bedroom TV, convenience center, and park side connection. I suspect that you can't reach the connection to the antenna itself without removing the antenna, but check every other connection you can reach.
