    Hot water

Just picked up new 2022 Solitude 380 FL. Hoy water only lasts for one short shower. What are we doing wrong? Is there a way to adjust?

    TIA.

    It can’t be working correctly

I get many showers from our little 6 gallon

Is the water scalding when on just hot?

I am sure someone will be along soon with some help
I am not familiar with the nautilus system and maybe something is wrong there
But if you truly have 12 gallons of hot water it should last awhile

A 6 gallon water heater will produce about 8 gallons of hot water. Your house probably hhas a 40-52 gallon water heater which will likely produce 50-65 gallons of hot water. There is no way an RV can produce the amount of hot water you house can.

You need to dial back your expectations. Use the water save function and take Navy showers

Things to check (I learned this very early on in my 380FL):
You did not mention whether you were on city water or running from fresh tank - but I’ll assume city water. Double check how your Nautilus levers are set. Likewise if you ARE running on fresh tank, make sure that your Nautilus panel is set accordingly. Then check that the handles on your outside sprayer faucet are closed. I leave a sprayer nozzle attached to my outside faucet, and I found that if I left the hot water valve on the outside faucet open, it acts as a bypass and allows cold water to mix and “dilute” your hot water before it hits inside taps. Weird but true. Happened to me again this week, actually! I hope your issue is something simple like this!
