I would lean towards the battery disconnect as well, especially since the OP stated his leveling system works.

You put a load directly on the battery; no 12v in the morning; OK on shore/generator. Sure sounds like a battery problem. @jkwilson...

You may have exceeded the current limit on the battery and the BMS shut down.
