I assume it is not connected to the battery and I don't know why. I opened and looked at the wiring and tested that connection and still no voltage reading. It is hooked up to a red wire and white/green wire. Is there a fuse somewhere? I don't see one. 2019 Cherokee Wolf Pup 15sw.
