We presently have a 2020 Reflection 287 RLTS TT. Seriously considering a 270 BN 5er (This is not my first 5er). Looking for owners who presently have one.
1. How do you like it?
2. Any troubles with the on demand water heater? Have a standard water heater in our TT. Have friends with the on demand and have been troublesome for them.
3. Any troubles with the auto leveler jack position? Seems awful low to the ground...to me anyway. Seems like you would hit it with a speed bump etc.

Yeah, brand new model. I've seen protoypes, but not full production models yet.

Lippert specs 7" clearance for the leveling jacks. Tell your dealer about the specs, they can call GD and get warranty to send the shorter jacks. Not as much stroke, but blocks work just as well.

Looks like the production models are out. Saw one at my local Lazy Day's. Really liked the floor plan. Simple, but checked all the boxes.

Ummh...every GD on the lot (with auto level) had the same clearance as shown in the picture. Unless they came out with the shorter ones after these were made.

Anyone have issues with on demand water heaters in their GD?

My parents have a 31mb with the on demand water heater and it works great but does take a little longer to get hot water to the faucets.

I have hot water on demand and it uses more water than the tank type of water heater. When we camp (generaly all provincial parks - electrical only) I wind up adding 2, six gallon jugs of water per day into the fresh waster tank. I find it doesn't use much more propane. We just got back from 9 days camping and I used 1/2 of a 30# propane tank; and this included some cooking.

I've heard some have issues with temperatures below 39 degrees F. We've used ours as low as 30 degrees F without problem.

I’ve been keeping an eye on the 270BN as well. We currently have an Imagine 2600RB but we upsized our tow vehicle and now want to go with a small fifth wheel. The 270BN looks like a perfect layout for us but we want to see one in person. The Grand Design website doesn’t even have many photos of this model. There are none to look at anywhere in Illinois that I can find.

None of the 150 Series are washer/dryer prepped.
Anything to keep the weight down on the 150 series I suspect. Although the GD 150’s all seem to have glass shower doors and not the flimsy retractable/roll up shower curtain like we have on our Imagine 2600RB. I’ve been looking at KZ Durango half-ton fifth wheels and the Forest River Arctic Wolf fifth wheels and they both have the flimsy roll-up shower doors/curtains. It may seem trivial but I prefer glass shower doors.

Yes, along with the laminated countertops versus the solid surface in regular Reflections.

We finally got to tour a 270BN. Lots of kitchen counter space. The dinette (or the breakfast nook “BN”) is a little weird in that there is a pin that you can pull down underneath and swivel the table maybe 10 degrees. They tell me that it’s for ease of getting in and out but I’m not seeing it as being that helpful for that. Two things that I was not that crazy about. There’s no gravity fill for the fresh water tank. I guess many of the new models are like that with the Nautilus system. Another feature that I wasn’t crazy about was the tank waste outlets. There are two. The one towards the front is for the black tank and the gray tank dedicated to the shower and bathroom sink. The dump valves are in the pass through compartment which is convenient. There’s another gray tank towards the back for the kitchen thats not connected to the other gray tank. There’s a separate outlet with a dump valve underneath so after the black and front gray tanks are dumped you have to disconnect the hose and reconnect it on the rear gray tank. Our Imagine is not like that. There are two gray tanks but they are connected so you dump one then the other and you don’t have to swap the hose. We’re newbie’s this year so that’s my only experience with dumping the tanks.
In the bedroom there is only one USB-USB C and it’s on the center of the shelf above the bed. There’s outlets on the shelves next to the bed on each side but USB’s on either side (like our Imagine) would be a lot handier for phone charging. There’s also no USB chargers next to the theater seating as our Imagine has. Maybe I’m comparing things too much to our Imagine but that’s really all I have to compare it to.
The two dump dump outlets that make you switch hoses really has me thinking before I proceed with a purchase. Am I obsessing too much about that? Do many other RV’s dump like that?

They have made some changes to that trailer. It sound like you looked at one on the 1st ones. The table now has two legs for the table and does not move. There should be usb outlets in the cup holder on the theater seats.

Nope. Totally different than the link that you attached. The dinette table did have two square legs but a plate on the top to allow for that small (rather useless) swivel. No USB’s in the cup holders. We looked several times.
The floor plan was just like this⬇️⬇️

If you look at the cup holders the usb is straight across from the buttons. It has a little sliding cover over it so thing don't fall in.

Well if I can get my mind adjusted to the Nautilus fresh tank fill and the double sewer hookups enough that the 270BN is still in the running, I’ll take a closer look at the cup holders.
