150 series 270BN

An irritation mentioned because the Nautilus system no longer has a gravity fill option. You have to use the pump to fill the fresh water tank.

The two dump dump outlets that make you switch hoses really has me thinking before I proceed with a purchase. Am I obsessing too much about that? Do many other RV’s dump like that?

It is very common for 2 sewer outlets. If you look at the floor plan on a lot of these and think logistically where the tanks could be installed, it makes sense for 2 sewer outlets. Just use a wye adapter and hoses, it's not a huge deal; all of our campers have been this way so I suppose I've adjusted to it by now.

We bought a 270BN today

We presently have a 2020 Reflection 287 RLTS TT. Seriously considering a 270 BN 5er (This is not my first 5er). Looking for owners who presently have one.
1. How do you like it?
2. Any troubles with the on demand water heater? Have a standard water heater in our TT. Have friends with the on demand and have been troublesome for them.
3. Any troubles with the auto leveler jack position? Seems awful low to the ground...to me anyway. Seems like you would hit it with a speed bump etc.

Well for those still subscribed to this thread we closed on our brand new 2023 270BN today. I still need to get my fifth wheel hitch installed so we didn’t pick it up but we did get our walkthrough. We’re in IL so we won’t get a chance to use it for a while. Can’t wait though.

I think you are really going to like this floor plan. I have the 273MK which is almost identical, and have been very pleased how functional it is. Lots of room to move around in the living area.

Like to revive this thread. Last post was back in Nov 2022. Hope to hear from more current owners, as we are considering this model. Have to upgrade my truck also. (Oh bummer have to have a new F250).

Tried to make several deals with RV dealers for this model, but no deal. Ended up getting a Rockwood Signature. So far it has been a good choice!

When did you purchase your Rockwood? Just wondering how long ago this was. Seems this model is now generally available here in Southern Calif.

Thanks
