1st trip of the year

Got out for the first trip of the year and 2 problems the fan in the bathroom has motor issues if i spin the blades will turn and is noisy the maxx air in the kitchen area will not do anything other than that it was a great weekend with friends , looks like my punch list is growing ,

Our Maxx air was making a rattle cage noise. At one point it was bound up so much it would not turn on.
There are two screws at the base of the max air fan cover, I loosened those ever so slightly and it works great now, at every speed.
