2 overflows on my fresh tank? Why, and what are each specifically for?

On my 2024 17MKE I have 2 overflow tubes coming from the fresh tank.
they both work since they both overflow (and both seem to siphon!) when I fill the tank.
My question is what are each of the overflows specifically for and where they are hooked up to the tank.
Is one for the control center and one for the gravity feed? I do not understand.

The two pipes are both overflows for the tank. There are two to minimize siphoning while the trailer is moving.
