2015 2nd Annual GD Owners' Rally Info

The date for the 2015 rally in Elkhart has be set...Aug 26 - 29th. Of course many will opt to arrive earlier and/or stay later. I've moved the rally to dates before Labor Day weekend as Grand Design is better able to support it in that time period as opposed to September when they're busy with the Hersey show and the Manufacturer's Open House.

It will be held at Elkhart Campground as it was last year...here's a link... http://www.elkhartcampground.com/ . The registration is not set-up yet...I'll post more information on that when it's available.

I'm posting the dates now to allow lots of time for advance planning.

It's hard to imagine Grand Design being any more supportive than they were last rally. They were pretty darn stellar in the support for as busy as they were with putting shows together.
We're working on our trip West for 2015 (maybe we can do the west coast rally too), I'm going to try my best and make it all work out that we can stop for the rally on our way home.

I regretted missing last years rally, and don't plan on missing this years. We are canceling a corvette run with friends on Route 66 to do this.

Are we able to make reservations for the rally. I remember last year we filled out a form and mailed it in. Is it working the same or differently this year. I am planning on going.

I called the campground directly (574-264-2914) and spoke with Githa. She asked if I was coming in for the Grand Design rally, then took my information. I am reserved for arrival on the 25th and out the 30th.

We're wintering in the Florida panhandle until early March. I was planning on setting up the registration for the rally once we're home again. If I could please ask not to register with the campground directly as the registration process will be different than last year's.
