Registration for the 2015 GD Owners’ Rally is now open! It will be held at Elkhart Campground in Elkhart, IN Aug 26 – 29[SUP]th[/SUP].
Important to note:
Registration will be limited to 125 units. This is the maximum amount that the campground and facilites can comfortably accommodate yet still allows substantial growth from last year’s attendance of 48 units.
Registration will be open until August 1, 2015 or until we have 125 units registered. This cut-off is needed to be able to finalize numbers for planning/organizing of events. POSITIONING WILL BE BASED ON POST MARK DATE OF THE MAILED REGISTRATION FORM TO ME.
The first day of planned activity is Wednesday, Aug 26[SUP]th [/SUP](9:00am) so attendees should plan on arriving at the campground Aug 25[SUP]th[/SUP]or sooner. The last day of planned activity is Saturday, Aug 29[SUP]th[/SUP] (evening) so attendees should plan on departing on Aug 30[SUP]th[/SUP] or later.
Camping rates have been set with the campground; $33 per night (plus 7% tax) or a weekly rate of $210 (plus 7% tax) for those wishing to stay longer. The site fees are for 2 adults...additional people are $3 per day (4 years of age and under are free). All sites are 50A FHU pull thru, most are grass which held up well in the rain we had last year.
This year I’ll need to collect a registration fee of $25 which covers additional costs of products and services required for the rally.
Just to touch on the activites planned; plant tour, seminars, pot luck dinner, group campfires and much more. I’ll provide updates and answer any questions as best I can. A rally agenda will be provided at a later date as many activites/details still need to be arranged.
The registration form is attached to be downloaded. Please complete and mail one copy to me with the registration fee and mail one copy to the campground with the site reservation fee.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Dave
