We are selling our 2020 Grand Design Reflection 31MB. It's a GREAT family mid-bunk 5th wheel. With our 3 kids getting older, and the oldest just getting his first car, it's just time. That time of our lives is over, and it's time for another family to enjoy this fantastic RV.
2 ACs, front and rear. Auto leveling system that you can control with your phone with the Lippert OneControl app.
Specs are as follows:
Length 36.17 ft. (434 in.)
Height 12 ft. (144 in.)
Dry Weight 9,726 lbs.
GVWR 11,995 lbs.
Hitch Weight 1,820 lbs.
Holding Tanks
Total Fresh Water Tank Capacity 60.0 gal.
Total Gray Water Tank Capacity 75.0 gal.
Total Black Water Tank Capacity 43.0 gal.
Two 30 lb propane tanks for a total propane tank capacity of 14.2 gal.
Mostly stock. There's been no changes to furniture- everything is stock. Only additions, not changes, have been made and those are:
1. 150' of True CTT LED lighting all around the interior. These lights are wired into the battery so they can run off the battery.
2. Lower bunk has been reinforced with 2x4's so adults can sleep on the lower bunk- it never broke. It was just reinforced.
3. The stock light fixtures were switched to warmer light fixtures- but they still weren't warm enough for us, which is the reason for #1.
I will update the ad with a better picture of the bunkhouse that shows the cabinet/desk. It's there- as I said, everything is stock.
We have the title in hand. The title is clean. We are the original owners as well. The bank does not hold the title. We do.
The pictures are not very good- a little too close up. We are going to take pictures during the day when it is more evenly lit, and re-post.
