One of our members reminded me beginning of the year to write up some more impressions, if i still have the Imagine 2610ML, and so on.

Yes. We still have the trailer. We're in the lucky position that we have two lots (private property), updated with gravel pads and road, so we can pull our camper into one spot for the summer, and another spot (closer to a main road) in the winter.

We're using it almost every weekend; arrive friday night, leave sunday afternoon.

The fridge quit on us. Probably right around when the warranty was up, things started gurgling, clunking, and finally smelling like ammonia. We haven't done anything with it since then, other than use it as storage. So for now we're thinking 'eh- weekends too short to use the fridge anyways', so cooler(s) it is. Smaller one inside, larger one (this weekend onwards) outside.

The bed, rv queen, is a bit too short for me (6ft6) but kinda sideways sleeping is fine :-D What i am surprised about is the heat that the bedroom (and front cap of the trailer) retains. Often it's warmer overnight in there than in the main cabin.

This summer we had a big mouse problem, more so than previous years. Mice managed to get into the trailer, following the water lines into the front storage, then through the exposed gaps in the front storage into the front cap, into the ceiling o the camper and so on. Finally figured out a tiny gap next to where the slide-out auger (?) goes through the frame rails, that leads to the water lines going through the frame rails, into the front storage where the waterpump is located, and so on. Once i closed that gap with some steel wool / copper wool, no more mice! But before that, every weekend got a mouse in one of our traps.

Then, squirrels (at least, i think, or large rabbits) - they ate through a good 3 to four feet of the main propane line. That took some troubleshooting, because all of the sudden both propane tanks were out of gas, with a new bottle the regulator would slam shut, and i did not make the connection of a line being cut. Not fun. Managed to repair that, but need to make a permanent repair once it's cooler outside.

Got a bigger generator (Champion 4350, runs on both propane and regular gasoline) - that helps running the AC. Dry Mode is our friend, especially with the 100+ F humidity temps we got in SW WI last weekend.

First year ran the water; got a 65 gallon tank, would fill it up partways, then use the gravity fill and an aquarium pump to pump water in to the holding tank. That worked well. Until a bad batch of water, that started smelling like rotten eggs, no matter how much bleach i would use. Having access to a lot of clean water is needed to sort that problem out. So in the mean time, we just carry our water in, not a problem.

Because we're mainly stationary in our spot(s), got a cabin porta-potty, every month someone cleans it out, that's good use of our time, instead of messing with the honey wagon, trying to get that into a car, etc.

Overall, some of the trim is letting go in places, but nothing a piece of blue-tack or superglue can fix. No mold, no leaking so far found. Slideout stays out during the summer.

We've spent a lot of time in the winter as well. We found out that if we heat up the camper throughout the evening, the temps inside stay above freezing until the morning, when the outside is above 20F. We don't want to have to run the generator all night in order to run the heater all night. Nothing a nice thick down comforter can't solve :D The mornings are brutal though, starting up the generator for the furnace to start working!

One of the burners on the stove seems to need a couple more turns on the igniter, compared to the two other ones. Dunno why that is, but not a big deal.

Still using the 4 solar panels, and the 100Ah battery. Running out of space on the front tongue for two batteries and a case, so i may use one of the mods someone else posted, by taping two half-containers together to house two group 27 batteries.

No electrical issues, other than one of the outside speakers having sometimes a connection issue (doesn't light up blue, but then it does again, no pattern). I did receive a new speaker that i can install myself should i get really annoyed with things.

Other than that, it's a nice camper. We love it. Would love a bigger shower, and perhaps a king bed. But then we'd be moving into a fifth wheel, and we'll probably be missing out on the gravity water fill, and needing a bigger truck to pull the thing regardless.

Let me know if anyone has any questions, happy to answer!

Roland
