My gd has 3 ac units in ceiling all are Coleman mach units one of them has heat capabilities. Is it possible to ad heat to the other? Is it worth it?

If you want them to all be the same, you would have to replace the actual unit, as the main with heat is a heat pump unit.

You could possibly add electric heat strips to the existing units, but I don't believe they are worth the effort.
