The short: $27,000 in very good condition. It's used. That's 55% of new and it's nearly the same, now that it has Goodyear tires

What you may not know is that the 2021 mid year refresh was the introduction of the upgraded 4400# axles, which have given us absolutely no issues, still on the original brakes. Early 2021 units and before had 3500# axles. In addition, 2021 brought the inclusion of all packages in the base model, including solar pre-wire and four seasons. The Roku TCL TV has a great remote and a remote app for your phone that allows use of bluetooth headphones. Jensen JWM41 head unit with indoor and outdoor speaker zones.

Furrion AC, Dometic 8cf fridge, Suburban furnace and dual fuel water heater.

We train service dogs, so they have been in the trailer and travel with us, but only the most drastically allergic would even be able to tell because we have a very strict regimen and the dogs always have their own beds, so not even on the carpet or floor. The carpet has been cleaned, but there is one spot where a puppy in training found a loose strand and pulled a little out. It never really bothered us.

Repairs
Grand Design used PEX tees to connect to nylon reinforced tubing, so we had a leak in the hot water line in the undercarriage, not affecting the living space. It has been properly fixed with the correct fittings.
Grand Design also used sub-par tires. In spite of being load range E, two failed, so last summer the trailer got a new set of Goodyear Endurance load range E tires (in addition to a mounted Carlisle spare and an extra unmounted Westlake). There was damage to the sheet metal skirt behind the tires and the plastic trim above the tires, so those were replaced. Grand Design parts department mistakenly specified the front sheet metal skirt, so there is a spare included with the trailer.
Relocated HVAC thermocouple
Replaced main kitchen drawer slides

Upgrades
Added LED strip lighting to slideout
Upgraded bathroom faucet to improve access to water stream
Oxygenics Body Spa showerhead
Under chassis spare tire carrier (not installed, makes room on bumper for BBQ or basic bicycles)

There is a recall for the propane regulator, but ours has been fine, so haven't replaced at manufacturer cost yet.

Also available are four 100W Renogy solar panels and tilt mount brackets, 2 Redodo group 24 LiFePO4 batteries, and Victron 150W/45A MPPT Charge Controller for an additional $1000, not installed

Sleep Number R3 mattress not included

Isn't that unsolicited input? If I get offended, it's kind of on me.
