2021 Grand Design Solitude Carefree awning

Awning arms will not lock into place at the bottom. Anyone have this problem and how did you fix it. Dealer is stating we need new arms and Grand Design is telling dealer they can tighten the arms. Dealer states they do not know how to tighten them.

I think I remember seeing that you can tighten the arms in the owners manual or one of the many items that came in the bag.

I noticed this on mine as well...but assumed that it was due to the adjustment that I made to the angle of the awnings. I will have to check further and don't have access to the rig, but perhaps this is normal. I have not had any issues in transit.
