2021 Imagine XLS connection issues to Compass Connect

I am having connection issues. I cannot find the QR code in my 2021 Grand Design AND when I try and pair the RV with my phone, it asks for a pin number? Any advice or help is greatly appreciated Thank you!

First off, it looks like you're new here, welcome to the forum. When you say "pair the RV with my phone," I'm assuming you mean Bluetooth. I'm pretty sure no PIN is required, just hit continue when asked for one.

Yes, I am brand new Yes I am referring to the blue tooth.
