2021 Refection 303RLS Awning #1 will not retract

We can not get our Awning #1 to come in. We have been trying at the switch and on the
control panel (GD Compass) and neither will work. It will not go out any further or come in. Awning #2 works fine. How do you bring it in manually or any other suggestions? Thanks.

There is a plug that needs removed from the top of the awning (motor end closest to entry door). Once removed you can use a socket and a drill to manually retract. Can't recall the socket size.

Pull your main control panel (on side of hutch in kitchen) and look for a fuse holder on the awning control switch.

I have heard of this hidden fuse on some trailers but I don't have one on my 2021. Is it kind of hit or miss thing?
The relay for the awning is on the unity board.......or not?

It may not be there with the Compass Connect system.

I'm not sure where the relay is...

I had this happen a few years ago. Ran the awning out as I was talking to someone and held the switch too long. It would not retract. My brother in law came to the rescue with a Power Probe. Applied power after determining which line was which (the one with no power) and it's worked fine since then.
