Can anyone tell me how to remove the covers on the ceiling lights? There is alot of debris in there and I want to clean them but cannot figure out how to remove. Im afraid to pull down and be left with a hole in my celing. Thanks in advance for any help.

If your referring to the led puck lights then you just pull down. They are spring-loaded and are tight.
