We have a 2022 solitude. The 6 foot cabinet has 2 shelves. The top one sits on top of 2-rails and is held in place by THIN 1/2" staples.
The lower shelf sits BELOW the support rails and is held up by those same staples.
Bouncing down the road had it's toll and the weight of the pots pounds those staple loose and the entire shelf failed and dropped.
WHY the heck would anyone install a shelf BELOW supports...unless your in a RUSH to build a quick frame and flip over.
In order to repair i had to remove the shelf ..which is impossible unless you cut it.. I took a vibrating saw and made two cuts.
This allowed me to remove 2 sections and the third (still too big) i just slid out of the way.
after making center supports i installed the shelf ON TOP of the supports. The two to the left were stapled back into place. The one on the right i used wood screws to make it removable in case i need to get to the wires ,which drop down from the control panel on the wall above.
4 hours later the photos speak for themselves.... oh yes when i finished I installed 3/4" wood bars on the sides of each shelf to prevent pots from hitting and opening the doors. These are not shown in the photos.
