I am frequently having to tighten the trim screws that are located on the floor below the wall separating the garage from the living area on our 2023 Moment 350M. They are backing out after going down the road for just a few hours. Along with this is bowing of the floor beneath the door that comes and goes (see picture with straight edge along the door sill). It doesn’t seem to make any difference whether the living room slide is in or out when this happens. I have filed a case with customer support, left it for a week with a local dealer and there has been no explanation as to why this is happening. My guess is that there is flex in the garage area that is causing this problem.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I'd have the underbelly dropped to inspect for broken / bent crossmembers and inspect for cracked welds where the crossmembers attach to the I-beam frame. Also inspect for frame cracks around the suspension mounts.

I have the same setup as you, those screws seem to back out all the time. I managed to control it by using a drop of locktite when I find them, (it usually help for a few trips. As far as the floor bow, I haven't seen that yet but will be watching. We're going back to the dealer for some unrelated warranty work next week, so please keep post what you find out.
