2023 Reflection 150 260RD Roof Material and Cleaning

[Peshtigo]

I have a 2023 Reflection 150 260RD. Does anybody know what material GD uses on the roof?

On different Youtube videos regarding maintenance, there is often a mention of different types of roof materials. I want to clean the top of my fifth wheel but don't know what type of material Grand Design uses, or if it even matters. Some say knowing what material it is matters so the right type of cleaner is used. (The cynic in me wonders if this is just a way to pitch one product vs another.)

Thanks.

I am pretty sure yours will be an Alpha Ply roof (TPO). I use Dawn dish soap when I clean mine.

Whatever soap you use, rinse the sides frequently to keep the soap off the sides. It can strip the wax depending on the soap you use (Dawn for example).

We have a 2020 Solitude with a TPO roof. I have used Simple Green annually with great results.
