Included in the "Peace of Mind Package" it lists the Dual LP Tank Monitors, is there anything special about getting them to work or should they link up to the Compass (or Lippert) software? I'm also verifying that my rig came with them as the dealership didn't know anything about them (from what they're saying).

Lots of gizmos out there but because propane works at such a low psi, it is very difficult to get anything with any accuracy. For years I have started the year with two full tanks. Only open one when camping, when it goes dry, switch to the other one and get the first filled. For what its worth, depending on the temp and what you use, we only go through about half a tank with all our trips in a year. I also upgraded to the 30# tanks.

Look at the LP tanks themselves.

There are level indicators at the valve where they connect to the pigtails.

No, they do not link to Compass....

Interesting, I'll check that out this evening. With the term "Monitors" to me that sounds like something that would alert if it reached a threshold not just a gauge on a hose.

I'll update when I look later today.

I checked last night and I do not have any gauges on the propane lines themselves either. Is their anyone with a 2024 23LDE that might be able to chime in with what they're rig came with?

So you don't have anything like this at your tanks? Could be production date dependent also....

No I did not.

Yeah, I'm not sure when they started, but I know it was during the 2024 model year.

I think it may have been in the Spring of this year, versus June of 2023 production.

Build date says 4/2024

The picture I took was from a build date of 4/2024 also.

Call your selling dealer and let them figure it out for you.

Either they took them off, or, someone else did.

I do not have any type of gauge for each tank, but you will see a switch that lets one use one tank at a time. The handle points to the tank in use and I keep it there until I see the valve go from green to red. This unit will automatically switch to the other tank and keep things running on propane. Once you turn the switch to point to the other tank, it turns from red back to green. I then know I have an empty tank and shut it off and refill it once at home or at a campground that fills propane tanks. Every few days I take a quick look at the propane switch so I know when the tank it was pointing to has gone empty. Hope this makes sense. As long as you do this, you will always ensure you have propane available.

Our 2024 was built 8/23 and has the gauges pictured above on the tanks themselves. Are the tanks a dealer provided item?

We have a 2024 2500RL with the same package which we purchased two months ago and it has the gauges as shown in the picture posted above. I've never put much faith in this type of gauge and would like to know if there's a better option out there. Thanks.

We upgraded our tanks from 20 to 30 lbs and added Lippert propane tank sensors that attach to the bottom of the tanks and use ultrasound (don't quote me on that) to monitor how much propane is left. They talk to the OneControl app on my iPhone. Fairly easy to setup and seem to be accurate. Good luck.
I think Mopeka also make sensors, don't know much about them.

Lippert LOL, never trust lippert. I use mopeka purchased on amazon hooks via bluetooth to your phone. They work well.

The Mopeka Pro propane sensors will connect to the Compass Connect app. I think they are more accurate than the Lippert as the Lippert model looks like the older Mopeka sensor (gray) vs. the Pro version which is black. They sync easily and I have two installed on my 2024 Solitude. Mopeka sensors were slightly cheaper too.

One upgrade I did was to cut out a piece of plastic mesh chicken wire and zip tie it to the base of the tank brackets. This way if the sensor ever jarred loose, it wouldn't fall to the street and be lost. I also drew a circle around the sensor with a Sharpe marker so I could ensure I had the sensor in the middle of the tank as I noticed when I pull them out and put them back in, the sensor can move around a bit as you adjust the tank.

Probably 10 minutes of work. Some pics below.
