Same issue. Retractable Curtain has NEVER worked since day one. Our first night out in the brand new Imagine TT, wifey got in the shower and WHAM! The curtain retracted. Has never worked since. Put in a traditional rod and curtain. Had a GD 5th wheeler for 6 years and NEVER had a problem of any sort. Everything always worked. This issue, and a few others, has left me with a sour taste for GD as it seems they went from the top of the line in quality to just one of the same.

Works great on our 2022 3100RD and we use the trailer every month. We were skeptical when we bought it and so had the dealer agree to change it out for a glass door if we decided we didn’t like it. Never went back. I’d suspect yours isn’t installed correctly.
