2024 Reflection 337 Roof Sealant

We have our new rig home and we are doing my dream upgrades of a Victron power system, solar panels and cellular router.

Question: has the roof material and/or sealant changed? The sealant I am removing doesn’t act like Dicor Lap Sealant. It seems a bit harder and a little like a rubbery substance. Also, Grand Design has applied it much more liberally than on my 2019 Reflection 303.

I guess I thought it was an Alpha Systems Roof when they were recommending Dicor Lap Sealant. When did they change the roof material? Or, did they just change the sealant?

We just got a 2014 Imagine 290RL and there is ZERO Dycor or similar sealer on the roof. At least on our trailer they are using a very durable white silicone material that is quite impressive and will likely outlast the trailer. Coming from previous trailers that mostly use Dycor type lap sealant it is very impressive to see what Grand Design is using now. I know it is silicone because Dycor (or similar) won’t stick to it.

The link posted earlier is a Dycor type sealer. Does anyone know exactly what they used on our new trailer?
